ok, here are a few more that i really loved. the river always makes for a gorgeous backdrop, but i really liked the opportunity to do something more fun and definitely kid-friendly. it works out nicely that it also makes for the perfect bribe. when you ask a child to smile big and they say "i already did", it’s time for treats!! i love how colorful the shots with the lollipops turned out! and i especially love capturing the fun moments when people finally start to relax in front of the camera.

and, call me crazy, but i love the one of kate with the sun peaking through!
